Signed in January 2009 as a replacement while the high scoring, speedy winger Andrew Martin recovered from injury, it would hardly be considered a like for like exchange.
However, Rushton is known as a character in the hockey world. Coming from the LNAH league, considered a fighting league, Jason will be expected to add grit and toughness to the roster, but also to chip in with important points.
Jason is known from playing in the ISL and EPL, with bans for drugs and having an argument with a coffee vending machine on his rap sheet. It certainly won't be a boring ride...
