10-Oct-2004A disappointing weekend for the Belfast Giants concluded tonight with another loss to the Coventry Blaze, a team that we had hoped we had broken the jinx with.
After last nights dismal performance against the Basingstoke Bison, the Giants travelled to Coventry hoping to salvage something from the weekend. Unfortunately it was not to be, with Coventry scoring an empty netter in the last moments of the game to grind out a 3-1 win.
Shane Johnson was the scorer of the Giants only goal of the game.
