16-Jul-2007 | Discuss this ArticleCoors Belfast Giants GM Todd Kelman has today announced a pioneering new venture for the team. The Giants are to play four games at the rink in Dundalk, home of the Dundalk Bulls, where the pre-season camp and friendly ties are to be played. The venue was also the host of the successful World Division Three Championship group featuring Team Ireland.
Commenting on the move, Todd Kelman said "I didn't want to play loads of midweek games at the odyssey and take weekends off from playing home dates. A Saturday game in Dundalk will allow fans from all over the Island to get behind the Giants".
Season ticket holders will not be missing out as the season ticket covers 24 games, all of which are scheduled to be played in the Odyssey Arena.
