DeRou, DeRou, DeRouvilles on fire!
07-Jun-2007The Coors Belfast Giants today announced that Philippe DeRouville has signed for the 2007/08 Elite League season.
Phillipe was a late season replacement for the injured Mike Minard last year and his numbers show him to have been one of the top Netminders in the league over that period.
Indeed, DeRouville's form across those 12 games has earned him the starting Netminder slot for the upcoming season with Mike Minard's two year Giant's career coming to an end.
Fans will no doubt want to see their starter prove his form over the course of a full season and with several key players already signed, the 07/08 Coors Giants are taking shape nicely.
