Coach Ed Courtenay confirmed that local netminder, Chris McGimpsey, has signed on for his third season with the Belfast Giants.
McGimpsey will back up Mike Minard and is likely to make few appearances this coming season, but when called upon McGimpsey has proved himself up to the task, earning a shut-out last season against the Basingstoke Bison.
