29-Mar-2005The Belfast Giants enter into tonights home game against the Sheffield Steelers knowing that any slip up will kill off thier chances of reaching the Final Four in Nottingham in just over a week.
Poor results in back to back games against the Cardiff Devils and the Steelers have given Tony Hands side a very slender chance of taking one of the two spots from the group.
On Saturday night the Giants threw away a 2 goal lead to only draw against the Cardiff Devils 3-3 at the Odyssey Arena. And on Sunday night, indiscipline in the final third struck again allowing the home side Steelers to run out 4-2 victors.
The Giants will be fighting all the way, and the Odyssey support will be hoping that their belief in the Giants ability to reach the final is still alive come 10pm tonight.
